Payments.

By filling in the form and signing the contract, you agree to the terms and conditions and to pay the full amount prior to receiving the artwork. 50% deposit required to commence work and final 50% required prior to receiving the artwork. Shipping and handling fees may apply. Customs and tariffs fees are not included.

Non-Exclusive Commercial Use License*  
This means you can use the artwork commercially, on merchandise for your project and promotional materials. However, you do not own the exclusive rights to reproduce this image, so I can use it and sell it in my shop.** So basically both you and I can benefit. I promote/support you and you promote/support me and we lift each other up!

Exclusive Commercial Use*
This means you are the only person or entity that can use this image how it is explicitly stated in the contract, however I still retain the copyright and can use this in my portfolio and social media**.

* Please note, this is not a transfer of copyright, and I have the right to use ihe artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
** I’m happy to work with you on timelines and reveals if you’d like to keep the artwork a secret until you’re ready to show it the world!
